To track a status of a recent order please go into the "member area" by click on My Account link. From there you can choose "view a previous order" and click "detail". Our system will display a full summary of all order details: products, discounts, shipping charges and handling fee, Reward Points used or accrued, taxes, tracking number etc. A link to viewing the order details in printer friendly page is also provided.

When an order is shipped, you will be able to see how and when the order was shipped, and obtain the tracking number if available.
