Please note! Individual items cannot be cancelled from an order. If any part of your order is incorrect, you will need to cancel the order and place it again.

Can I cancel a backordered item?

If an item in your order is unexpectedly backordered, you will have an opportunity to cancel it. We will send you an email informing you of the time frame in which that must be done.

Please Note! Backordered items are charged to your credit card at the same time as the rest of your order. If you decide to cancel the backordered item, we will credit your charge account. Please allow at least 5-10 business days for credit processing. If you paid by money order or cashier's check, we require approximately 5-10 business days to process your refund.

Will a charge show up on my credit card?

If an order is cancelled, a charge will not show up on your credit card statement. A pending charge will exist temporarily, but this will automatically disappear after a day or two (as determined by your credit card company).

Automatic Cancellation

Please Note! If an order is outstanding for more than 2 weeks, we will automatically cancel it and inform you via email. In addition, EMAN Technology reserves the right to limit or cancel orders for any reason, including to protect our customers and ourselves against fraud. Orders may be cancelled whenever there is doubt as to the accuracy, truth or validity of information supplied by shoppers. EMAN Technology reserves the right to request additional information for order processing purposes if necessary.
